Yes! You can easily upload a .xlsx (Excel) file to bulk import participants into your event. We
provide a predefined template that includes all the necessary columns such as Name, Email, Phone
Number, Designation, Organization, and other customizable fields.
Each participant receives a unique QR code after registration. At the event, you can scan these codes
to check them in or out within seconds — no manual entries required!
Yes, you can print badges instantly for individual participants during check-in or print them in bulk
before the event using our badge generator.
By default, there is no limit to how many participants you can manage. You can import, register, and
manage as many attendees as needed for your event. However, if you want to control the number of
participants, our platform offers a “Seat Limit” toggle feature during event creation.
No additional software is needed. The Light is fully web-based and works on all modern browsers and
devices.
