These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, mobile application, and all related services (“Services”) provided by “The Light”, a company registered and operating under the laws of India, with a commitment to serving customers both domestically and internationally. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Customer,” “You,” or “Your”) and The Light (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) and apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the Services. You acknowledge that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your login information with any third party or allow any unauthorized person to access your account. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to data privacy and intellectual property laws. The Light reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or any applicable law, or that your use may cause harm to us, other users, or third parties. You understand that The Light provides digital event management solutions that may include, but are not limited to, online event registration, badge printing, real-time check-in and check-out, attendee tracking, data analytics, reporting tools, and other related features designed to help you plan, manage, and execute events more effectively. Some features may require payment, and you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of paid features according to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase or subscription. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, and you are responsible for paying any taxes that may be imposed by your local jurisdiction.

You authorize The Light or its third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all applicable charges. You acknowledge that any failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your access to the paid features or Services. All payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement with The Light. You understand and agree that The Light may, from time to time, modify or update the Services, including adding or removing features, enhancing security, fixing bugs, or making other improvements to ensure the best possible experience for all users. We do not guarantee that the Services will be free of errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities, and you agree that you use the Services at your own risk. While we strive to provide high availability, we do not warrant that the Services will always be available or that any data stored or processed through the Services will be secure or free from loss or corruption. You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of all data you upload or generate using the Services. You retain all ownership rights to your data but grant The Light a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display such data as necessary to provide the Services.
